People of the State will soon put Siddaramaiah under House arrest for arresting Pratap – BJP YM
Mangaluru: “The devotees of Hanuman organised Shobhayatre to mark the Hanuman Jayanti in Hunsur. On December 3, when the Shobhayatre was going on the police stopped the devotees and resorted to Lathi charge. Under the direction of CM Siddaramaiah the police arrested MP Pratap Simha. In the coming days the people of this state will keep CM Siddaramaiah under house arrest”, said the president of BJP Yuva Morcha Harish Punja during a protest held in front of the SP office here on December 4.
Addressing the protesters Harish Punja said, “In Karnataka we have a anti-Hindu government. The congress government led by CM Siddaramaiah is discriminating the hindu society. On December 3, in Hunsur our MP Pratap was humilated and treated very badly by the police department. The Siddaramaiah government is misusing the police to insult the MP. He is the elected member of the parliament.”
Harish Punja further said, “We Hindus believe in Hanuman and are celebrating the Hanuman Jayanti but the Congress government led by CM Siddaramaiah is not allowing us to celebrate the Jayanti. Siddaramaiah is trying to break the unity among the Hindus. Don’t we have the right to hold Shobhayatre?” he questioned.
Harish Moodshedde, Sundeep Shetty, Yashpal, Sujith Madoor and others were also present.
