People Travelling on Footboard and Ladders of Buses in Udupi!
Udupi: A video of a private bus in which passengers were travelling hanging on the footboard and the bus ladder has gone viral in the social media.
In the video, the last bus AKMS at around 9:30 pm was found carrying passengers from Udupi to Mangaluru hanging on the footboard and the ladder.
The video has gone viral on the social media where the public have expressed their anger against the Bus driver and demanded action against the bus crew.
It is learnt that the Udupi police have issued notice to the bus owner on Wednesday, September 25.
According to SP Nisha James, there is no clear information about when the incident took place. Legal action has been initiated for violating the rules. The bus operator has been warned not to repeat the incident. The traffic police have seized the bus and are investigating, she said.
