Pistachio Pineapple Delight

A meal isn’t complete without a desert. This desert is very light, easy, and takes about 10 minutes to prepare (if you have all the ingredients ready).

Ingredients:

1 20oz can curshed pinneapple in juice.
1 3.4oz pkt Pistachio – Instant pudding & pie filling
 2 8 oz or one 16oz box cool whip
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups colored or white miniature marshmallow (optional)

Method:

In a bowl combine crushed pineapple with juice and Pistachio pudding. Mix well.  Fold in cool whip, marshmallow and walnuts.   You can serve this desert immediately or refrigerate for one hour before serving.

This is one of my kids favorite all time dessert.
