Placing Stones on the Railway Track in Ullal an Act of Treason – Capt Brijesh Chowta

Mangaluru: DK MP Capt. Brijesh Chowta demands immediate arrest of the culprits. It is a serious matter that stones have been placed on the railway track at the Thokkottu railway overbridge on the Mangalore-Kerala route, creating a dangerous situation. MP Brijesh Chowta has urged that the police immediately arrest the culprits and take strict legal action.

Responding to the media in Mangalore regarding this issue, Chowta stated that he had already spoken with the relevant police and Railway Protection Force (RPF) officials about this act of placing stones on the railway track. This is the first time such an incident has occurred in the Dakshina Kannada district. He expressed outrage, stating that attempting to damage our national assets belonging to the railway department is an act of treason.

The public should also take responsibility for protecting our national assets as if they are our own.

Additionally, Chowta appealed to the people to identify any individuals in society who possess such treasonous mentalities.
