Police Commissioner Vipul Kumar Transferred as IGP and Director, KPA Mysuru
Mangaluru: The Police Commissioner of Mangaluru City Commissionerate Vipul Kumar has been transferred as IGP and Director of Karnataka Police Academy Mysuru on June 8.
Vipul Kumar joined the Mangaluru Police Commissionerate as commissioner of police on April 18.
Chandra Sekhar IPS, IGP and Commissioner of Police Belagavi City has been transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Inspector General of Police ACB Bengaluru in the existing vacancy.
The post of Inspector General of police ACB Bengaluru has been declared equivalent in status and responsibilities to the cadre post of IGP, KSRP Bengaluru under rule 12 IPS (Pay) Rules, 2016 as included in Schedule II to the said rules.
Dr D C Rajappa, IPS (KN:2003), Deputy Inspector General of Police, Railways, Bengaluru is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as DIGP & Commissioner of Police, Belagavi City, Belagavi vice M Chandra Sekhar IPS transferred.
C Vamsi Krishna, IPS (KN:2009), Superintendent of Police, Bagalkot District, Bagalkot is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Eastern Range, Davangere in the existing vacancy.
The post of Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Eastern Range, Davanagere has been declared equivalent in status and responsibilities to the cadre post of Superintendent of Police, Davanagere District, Davanagere under rule 12 of IPS (Pay) Rules,2016 as included in Schedule II to the said rules.
C B Ryshyanth, IPS (KN:2013), Superintendent of Police, Criminal Investigation Department, Bengaluru is transferred with immediate effect and posted until further orders as Superintendent of Police, Bagalkot District, Bagalkot vice C. Vamsi Krishna, IPS transferred.
The following IPS officers have been transferred as per the directions of the election commission of India vide notification no DPAR 154 SAS 2018 dated April 16, 2018, and DPAR 158 SPS 2017 dated April 27, 2018, are being reposted to the posts previously held by them until further orders.
