Police Start Investigation in Kavya Suicide Case, Students, Staff Questioned

Moodbidri: In the Kavya suicide case, a special investigation team led by ACP Rajendra have questioned students, Hostel wardens, teachers and other staff of Alva’s Education Foundation on July 29.

The investigation began on July 29, under ACP of Panambur, Rajendra and team, the special investigation team will camp in Moodbidri for three days.

The special investigation team has collected the CCTV footage and other necessary details related to the incident, the Hindi question paper, the voice record of Kavya’s conversation on phone with her parents and the statement given by the parents on the day of the incident. The inmates of the hostel room, wardens and the teachers have been questioned by the police.

On July 30, the post-mortem report will reach to the Community Health Centre in Moodbidri.
