Pramod Madhwaraj Celebrates Birthday with Health Check-up Camp

Udupi: “Holding a health check-up camp on my birthday has brought me great satisfaction. I will continue to serve the people effectively”, said Minister for Fisheries, Youth and Sports Pramod Madhwaraj.He was speaking after inaugurating the free medical-check-up camp organized on his birthday by his supporters at the town hall Ajjarkad here, on October 17.
Addressing the gathering Pramod said that he does not believe in celebrating birthdays but his friends and party workers insisted him to celebrate his birthday. “God has blessed me abundantly in my life. Sharing the blessings with my people brings me great satisfaction,” he added.
Sri Vishwa Prasanna Theertha Swamiji of Pejawar Math in his message said that Pramod has been serving the poor and the marginalized. He is effectively rendering his service as a politician and also a social worker for the society. Pramod Madhwaraj is still the simplest and down to earth person. He is unique among all the politicians because of his politeness and simplicity, he added.
Fr Lawrence D’Souza secretary Catholic Education Society Udupi Diocese said that Pramod has set an example by treating the people of all religions equally and working towards their welfare. Pramod and his family are known for their simplicity and service to the society, which Pramod has also adopted in his life. His concern for the poor and deprived has led him to become a person of virtues.
Maulana Abdul Azeez Dharimi Kallega of Jumma Masjid Chokkabettu said that Pramod has been serving the poor and marginalized with simplicity and a humane approach. His service towards mankind should continue and flourish. Humans have forgotten to live, politicians like Pramod Madhwaraj are important for building the nation. In the days to come, Pramod Madhwaraj should become the chief minister of the state, he added.
