Hello dear Mangalorean.Com readers,
Greetings to one and all.
I love nature and its surroundings. I love animals too.
Recently, I participated in an Essay competition, where the topic was given to us as and then. It was regarding GLOBAL WARMING the most talked about topic all over the world. I had an amateur view about it in my mind; my mother explained to me how human beings are gradually destroying the environment directly as well indirectly. The world is turning techno-savvy with lots of techno-environ waste getting created every day without a proper way to dispose, as well the climatic changes occurring all over the world. Large International Companies must think of a way to preserve our environment, by a way from their work places, by creating awareness among their employees directly or indirectly.
Also the use of plastic bags should be banned universally for us to create a clean environment to live-in and let live for our future generations to come. We human beings also have started encroaching into wilderness specific space created by god for wild animals in a way disturbing their environment by grabbing the land called JUNGLE.
Apart from caring for the environment, I am very creative, my hobbies includes drawing – different subjects, craft, reading books all kinds especially comics, coloring, watching cartoons, dancing, participation in all kinds of cultural programs/competitions conducted in the School. I participated in a Kashmiri folk dance during our School Annual day last year. Every year I participate in Environ Spellathon organized by Cultural Society of Abu Dhabi and sponsored by many International Companies.
I love Abu Dhabi, as I was born in this beautiful green country once proclaimed as a country of dates and sand dunes. A lot of care is being taken to keep the environment green under the patronage of our great late Leader HH Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan who always had a vision for a green UAE. We as a community should be very grateful to this great leader as well as to ourselves in building this country called UAE to such heights.
My parents are very supportive and encouraging me throughout my academics whether everyday thru my studies or any other activity. I love and respect them very much.
I also thank Mangalorean.Com for giving us an opportunity to the budding young talents to show off their writing skills/creativity by adding a special KIDS corner.
I enjoy visiting Mangalore during our vacation, as it rains very heavily; I enjoy visiting relatives, friends, sight seeing, etc. every single day of my vacation and long for many such occasions. We have been to Mysore, Ooty, Madikeri, Kudremukha (the iron-ore company). One day I hope to cover the whole of India and capture its beauty and cherish all these precious memories.
I would like to share a joke with you?ll
Little Susie came running into the house after school one day, shouting,
"Daddy! Daddy! I got a 100 in school today!"
"That’s great, Sweetheart," said her daddy.
"Come in to the living room and tell me about it."
"Well, "began the confession, "I got 50 in spelling, 30 in math’s and 20 in science."
Hope you all enjoyed my article with a funny end to it.
Bye for now??
