Protest Against Pejawar Swamiji, JD(S) condemns Muthalik’s move
Udupi: The JD(S) leaders after meeting Pejawar Swamiji have condemned the protest called by SRS founder Pramod Muthalik for organizing the Iftar programme at Sri Krishna Math.
JD(S) district president speaking to media persons said that the issue is raked up for publicity. The Swamiji has taken a bold initiative by strengthening brotherhood between the other communities. JDS condemns the protest call given by an organization and also said that they will also hold a counter protest if Muthalik go ahead with the protest. He also said that other religions should also celebrate Hindu festivals to promote communal harmony.
Shalini Shetty Kenchanur, Pradeep and other JDS leaders were present.
