Rahim Uchil Appointed BJP State Vice President for Minorities
Mangaluru: The former Chief Minister Yeddyurappa has appointed Rahim Uchil as the BJP State Vice president for Minorities.
The President of the Karnataka State BJP Minorities Morcha and former police officer Abdul Azim in his press release made the announcement of the appointment.
Rahim Uchil is also appointed as the in-charge of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi Minority Morcha. He has served as the vice president of the district minority morcha during MP Prahalad Joshi’s tenure.
Rahim Uchil has also served as the president of Karnataka Beary Sahitya Academy and is the honorary advisor of Akhila Karnataka B S Yeddyurappa Abhimanigala Sangha. He was the convener of the Veera Rani Abbakka Utsava Committee. He has acted in many films and directed Beary films.
Rahim has been felicitated by various organizations in Dubai and Abudhabi.
