Rahman’s song ‘Ruby Ruby’ for ‘Sanju’ out
Mumbai, June 20 (IANS) Oscar-winning musician A.R. Rahman’s track “Ruby Ruby” for Sanjay Dutt’s upcoming biopic “Sanju” is out with a zingy twist.
The film’s director Rajkummar Hirani shared the link of the track on his official Twitter account on Wednesday.
“And here is the song composed by A.R. Rahman and written by Irshad Kamil for ‘Sanju’ song ‘Ruby Ruby’,” Hirani tweeted along with a poster look of the track where Ranbir, who essays Sanjay in the film, is holding the guitar.
Laced with all the elements of 1980s’ music, the track has been sung by Shashwat Singh and Poorvi Koutish.
“Sanju” also features Sonam Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza and Vicky Kaushal among others. The film is set to release on June 29.

Riteish Deshmukh wants to be a koala
Actor Riteish Deshmukh says he wants to be a koala bear so that he could spend maximum time sleeping.
On Wednesday, the actor commented on a report which stated that the furry animals can sleep for 19 years in one stretch.
“I want to be a Koala,” he posted.
Producer and photographer Atul Kasbekar then tweeted to him: “If you do, you would get a bamboo like a Koala does.”
To this, Riteish said: “Worth it for a 19 hour sleep (much needed).”
On the work front, Riteish will soon be seen in his wife, actress-producer Genelia Deshmukh’s Marathi film “Mauli”, which has been directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and written by Kshitij Patwardhan.

Divya Dutta gets half a million followers on Twitter
National Award winning actress Divya Dutta is happy and excited for the growing number of followers on her Twitter account.
“A big big thank you dear ones for all your love. We are a 500k family today,” she tweeted on Wednesday.
On the work front, Divya has around eight films lined up for release.
“There is Nandita Das’s ‘Manto’ and ‘Fanney Khan’ with Anil Kapoor. I am also doing a romantic film called ‘Music Teacher’ with Manav Kaul. There is a thriller with Arshad Warsi and Juhi Chawla as well. I am also doing Anubhav Sinha’s ‘Abhi To Party Shuru Hui Hai’ which is a comedy film and there is another film called ‘Nastik’ with Arjun Rampal,” she had told IANS.
