Rai and Khader Inaugurate ‘Inland Impala’ residential and commercial project at Ullal
Mangaluru: The “Inland Impala”, a prestigious sea-facing residential and commercial project was inaugurated by the State Ministers, at Ullal here on January 15.
Minister for Food and Civil Supplies U T Khader inaugurated the residential apartment project “Inland Impala” by unveiling the plaque and later cutting the ribbon. District in-charge minister B Ramanath Rai inaugurated the commercial section of “Inland Impala”.
The programme began with an invocation. Manohar Prasad welcomed the gathering and compered the programme.
In his keynote address Chairman and Managing Director of Inland Group, Siraj Ahamed said, “We are well aware that many Mangaloreans have always nourished a desire to own a serene, peaceful home by the sea and many more have desired to possess a second home at minimum cost. This desire has grown in the recent past because of congestion, loss of privacy and pollution concerns in the main urban areas of the city. Inland Impala is a golden opportunity for Mangaloreans to fulfill this dream. From our side, we have ensured that the cost of buying an apartment in Inland Impala is affordable for the salaried and small business sections of the society. In fact, a similar apartment in the congested parts of the city will cost nearly Rs 20-30 lakhs more. We also help the customer in taking housing loans at very attractive rates so that instead of paying rent they can use the money to pay EMI for a home of their own.”
Addressing the gathering Ramanath Rai said, “Inland is a brand name of Siraj. Today we have inaugurated the 9-storey residential cum commercial project. Inland Impala is located in such a place where the residents can have a good sea view. Mangaluru is a fast growing city where a number of residential and commercial buildings have come up helping the city to develop. In Mangaluru the main roads have been developed and are without potholes. All the basic facilities are available here and there is good economic growth compared to other cities or districts. We have taken all measures to solve the drinking water crisis in Mangaluru.”
Rai congratulated Siraj and his team for providing quality apartments to his customers. Siraj does not compromise with quality and is very prompt in whatever he promises.
Minister U T Khader said, “I congratulate Siraj and Inland group. Inland Impala is located at a prime place in Ullal. If we work hard with transparency and integrity, we will be successful in our work and Siraj has proved it. Siraj’s buildings are unique and he does not compromise on quality. By constructing the residential and commercial project “Inland-Impala” he has lifted Ullal to another level. Ullal is a very famous place with church, temples, Mosques, hospital, schools, beach etc, it is difficult to find such a place having Dua, Dava and Hava together.
He also said, “In Ullal there is unity among the youth and they work together. In Ullal most of the youth wait for an auto rickshaw to go to Bunder in the morning at 4 am where they work hard and live in dignity. We should also remember the Albuquerque family for everything they have provided for Ullal. When Ullal needed a post office, the Albuquerque family had given the land, when a police station was needed they again gave the land, they also gave land for other government offices and have contributed a lot. Whenever there is a tragedy in Ullal, youth from all walks of life rush to help and save lives. Smart city means not wearing smart dress and looking smart, our mind should also be smart along with our thoughts. Let Ullal develop with more and more such buildings.”
Chancellor of Yenepoya University Abdullah Kunhi and president of Sayyed Madani Dargha Rasheed also spoke on the occasion. MLA J R Lobo, MLA Moideen Bava, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, President CREDAI D B Mehta and others were also present.
