Rakesh Siddaramaiah’s Mortal Remains Reach Mysuru
Mysuru: The mortal remains of Rakesh Siddaramaiah, (elder son of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah), arrived at Mysuru after being flown by Emirates Airlines from Belgium here on August 1.
The mortal remains were flown by Emirates Airlines to Bengaluru International airport. From the airport, the was brought to Mysuru by a special aircraft along with Chief minister Siddaramaiah, his wife Parvathi, their daughter-in-law and younger son Yathindra.
Rakesh, 39, died of multi-organ failure on July 30, at Antwerp University Hospital in Brussels.
Former CMs Yeddyurappa and D V Sadananda Gowda, Mallikarjuna Kharge, Minister U T Khader, former deputy CM K S Eshwarappa, and other ministers paid their last respect to the departed soul and condoled the CM. The cremation will take place soon.
