Ramesh Kumar, Minister for Health & Family Welfare visits KMC Hospital Attavar
Mangaluru: Minister for Health & Family Welfare Govt. of Karnataka Ramesh Kumar along with Dr Shalini Rajneesh – Principal Secretary to Govt. of Karnataka, Health & Family Welfare Services, Dr P L Nataraj – Directorate of Health & Family Welfare Services, Dr K G Jagadeesha- Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada District, Dr Ramakrishna Rao – District Health & Family Welfare Officer of Dakshina Kannada District visited Kasturba Medical College Hospital, Attavar here on December 9.
Dr Anand Venugopal –Medical Superintendent of KMC Hospital Mangaluru accompanied them and showed around the Facilities available at the hospital and gave information on the efficient functioning of various Government schemes under which the Kasturba Medical College Hospital is empanelled to provide immense Health treatment for the beneficiaries.
Dr Anand Venugopal also appraised The Health Minister and team about ‘Bal Shalyakriya Mission’ – An unique paediatric surgical treatment project by Kasturba Medical College Hospital Mangaluru in international collaboration and supported by Health & Family Welfare Department of Karnataka State for children with congenital anomalies requiring surgical correction.
The Minister for Health & Family Welfare Govt. of Karnataka Expressed his appreciation to the entire Management and Clinical team of Kasturba Medical College Hospital Mangaluru for efficiently facilitating and managing the various Govt. Health Schemes.
