Residential Project ‘Mayur Paradise’ to be Inaugurated on Jan 18
Mangaluru: “The a residential project ‘Mayur Paradise’, will be inaugurated on January 18 at Sultan Battery”, said the partner of Mayur developers Sudesh Kumar in a press meet held at Hotel Ocean Pearl here on January 16.
Addressing the mediapersons Sudesh Kumar said, “The 10-storey Mayur Paradise will have all the modern amenities with affordable price. Compared to any other projects in the city, Mayur Developers is providing flats at a very affordable price. Car parking facilities have been made available on the first floor, whereas the remaining floors will contain 51 flats. This is the 10 project being undertaken by Mayur developers.
Sudesh further said, “Mayur developers have already constructed a number of high-rise buildings, in the coming days we will build budget flats so that everyone in Mangaluru will be able to own their own house. People of Mangaluru should make use of this opportunity”.
On January 18, former minister Krishna J Palemar will inaugurate Mayur Paradise. Mayor Harinath, MUDA chairman Suresh Ballal and Sitaram Somayaji from Syndicate Bank will be the guests of honour.
Partner of Mayur builders Srivats Rao was also present.
