Retired Teacher Rosy William Pinto Passes Away After Falling in Washroom

Udupi: Rosy Pinto (72), a retired teacher, died on Thursday, September 12, after falling in the washroom at her residence in Nittoor. She was the wife of the late advocate Shirthadi William Pinto and had been living alone in her house since his passing.

When her children were unable to reach her by phone, they visited her home and found her lying deceased in the bathroom. Udupi Town Police Inspector Punith Kumar B.E. and Assistant Sub-Inspector Navin Devadiga visited the spot.

Rosy Pinto was a dedicated teacher who spent her career at Nittoor School, and her passing is a loss to the community.
