Right-wing Activist Booked for Derogatory Comments against MP Shobha Karandlaje
Udupi: A right-wing activist has been booked for posting derogatory comments against Udupi – Chikkamagaluru MP Shobha Karandlaje on the Facebook page.
The BJP state secretary Thingale Vikramarjuna Hegde filed a complaint against Right-wing activist Praveen Yakshimata at the SEN Police Station, Udupi.
In the complaint, Hegde has stated that he had noticed the derogatory comments against MP Shobha Karandlaje on the Facebook page and had also shared the same post on WhatsApp and other social media. He also demanded the police to arrest Praveen Yakshimata.
The SEN police have registered a case and investigation is on.
