Los Angeles, July 21 (IANS) Pop star Rihanna has signed up as contributing creative director of Stance, a US-based sock brand.
The 27-year-old has teamed up with the brand and released two limited-edition sets of over-the-knee and crew socks emblazoned with a print entitled Murder Rih Wrote, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Only 1,500 sets have been produced, all of which are individually numbered, and Rihanna is “happy” to be working on the project.
“I’ve had a great relationship with Stance for a long time and I am happy to be working with them on such a fun and creative project. This is an exciting new venture,” she said.
The brand will be stocked on Asos from September 1, which is when the full extent of the creative partnership will be revealed.
Rihanna is currently the creative director for sportswear label Puma and enjoyed a design partnership with high street chain River Island.
