Sahyadri Bags VTU First Rank in MBA with Four Gold Medals
Mangaluru: VTU Rank List is out and it is indeed a joyous and a proud moment for Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management to announce that its students have bagged gold medals and ranks!
Ms. Dimple Reeshel Lobo, a student of Dept. of Business Administration-MBA
Ms. Dimple Reeshel Lobo, a student of Dept. of Business Administration-MBA obtained four gold medals having secured first rank for her outstanding academic performance in VTU examinations for the Academic Year 2018-19. She will be awarded four most prestigious medals viz. “Jain University Gold Medal”, “R N Shetty Gold Medal”, “Prof. M R Doreswamy Gold Medal” and “VTU Gold Medal”.
VTU 19th Annual Convocation will be held on 8th February, 2020. The first rank holders and Gold Medalists will be receiving their degrees from His Excellency Shri. Vajubhai R Vala, the Chancellor of Visvesvaraya Technological University.
Ms. Misbah Jamal – 5th Rank from the Dept. of Business Administration
Mishba Profile: She is the daughter of Sheikh Jamal and Mrs. Gulshan. She is married to Shahil Sheikh, Manager at DU Telecom, UAE. Her achievements: Misbah Jamal is specialized in Finance. She has done her Bachelors in Business Administration. She has topped in Second and Fourth semesters of MBA in Sahyadri. She has also topped in her SSLC in AJI English School.
Misbah Jamal was mentored by Manjunath Kamath M, Asst. Professor at Dept. of Business Administration. She secured 194 marks out of 200 for fourth semester project titled “Comparative Analysis of Debt Fund and Equity Fund in relation to Aditya Birla Sun life Mutual Fund.
