Sahyadri gets Accreditation from The Institution of Engineers (India), IEI-Kolkata
Mangaluru : The Institution of Engineers (India) IEI, a statutory body to promote and advance the engineering and technology has accredited all engineering programs i.e., Civil, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Information Science offered at Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, Mangaluru.
This accreditation will enable our students to become corporate members of IEI at the completion of their programs.
Manjunath Bhandary, Chairman, Bhandary Foundation in his remarks “Engineers must learn not only in class-room but also involve in R&D through projects in order to face challenges & utilize the widespread opportunities”. He emphasized that being an engineer won’t suffice the need; however one should be engineered to be an engineer which makes them productive to the society.
