Sahyadri Journal of Management (SJOM) Online Journal Launched
Mangaluru: Department of Business Administration, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management is pleased to officially launch its maiden open access online journal, Sahyadri Journal of Management (SJOM) Volume 1, Issue 1 on September 7th, 2017 with ISSN No. 2456-9151. SJOM, a multidisciplinary biannual online journal was formally Inaugurated by Dr. Yatheesh Kumar, Associate Professor, University College Mangaluru in the presence of Dr. Umesh M Bhushi, Principal, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, Dr. Vishal Samartha, Department of Business Administration and Dr. Rashmi Kodikal, Professor, Department of Business Administration.
The journal was started with the objective to create an interface between various disciplines and promote thought provoking research. The current issue includes five empirically backed articles from various fields like Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance and Medical Sciences.
The new journal is backed by a strong editorial board led by Dr. Rashmi Kodikal, Professor, Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management. The quality of the journal is assured by double-blinded peer review by astute board members from diverse fields. Every Manuscript of the proposed articles is reviewed by scholars in the field to judge scholarly merit, research value and accuracy prior acceptance for publication.
