Science and Math Fete at Centre for Advanced Learning
Mangaluru: Centre for Advanced Learning (CFAL) and Early Learning Centre (ELC) are conducting a fete on Sunday, Feb 5th at their premises in Bejai-Kapikad. The fete has various groups coming together- There is a talk by Indian Montessori Centre (IMC Bangalore) about teachers training and early education, there are Science and Math counters set up by IIT/ NITK / CFAL Alumni, Science Utsav and Sunday Science school. Besides this, there are stalls set up by Animal Trust Care, Bookshops, Fitness centers, Jewellers, food stalls, women’s self-help groups and various other local businesses showcasing their products.
CFAL has the best results in Mangalore in all STEM examinations and has a passion for promoting science, math and holistic learning in the region. The DC of Mangalore Dr. K G Jagadeesha will be addressing students and teachers.
All students from kindergarten up to 12th standard and their parents are welcome to attend. Teachers interested in Early education can also attend a free talk by a director of IMC from 11.30- 12.30. There will also be a session on career guidance. Various contests will be conducted and cash prizes of 15,000 will be announced.
