SDM PG Centre organizes ‘Swacch Soch’ Seminar with Ramakrishna Mission
Mangaluru: As an initiative towards “Waste Management” SDM PG Centre for Management Studies and Research, Mangaluru hosted an “Swacch Soch” Seminar in association with Sri Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru.
In order to sensitize students towards the idea of Swacch Bharath and evoke the sense of contributory attitude in nation building, sessions were conducted on idea of Swacch Bharath – Inspiring Indians to transform India by Ms. Niveditha M Kamath, Assistant Professor, Dr.M.V.Shetty College of Social Work, Mangaluru.
Mr. Ranjan Bellarpady speaking on the occasion highlighted various problem of Waste Generation and provided legitimate solutions to be inculcated by younger generation through pot compost. Gopinath Rao an Ex-serviceman of the Army was also present during the session.
Director Dr. Seema S. Shenoy welcomed the guests. Ms. Ramya Shetty, staff co-ordinator proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Pranathi Shetty compered the programme.
