SDPI Members help bring body of Bhandary who committed Suicide in Dubai to Udupi
Social Democratic Party of India {SDPI} Members in UAE/Dubai help bring body of 35-year-old Raghavendra Bhandary to Udupi, who had committed Suicide in Dubai on March 24, 2018
UAE: The body of Raghavendra Bandary S/o Babu Bandary from Kolambe, Udupi Karnataka State, who died in Dubai finally reached India with the help of members of SDPI, on 2 April 2108 at the Mangalore International Airport, from where it was taken to Udupi.
The deceased Raghavendra Bhandary (35), from Kolambe, Udupi allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the Hotel Building in Dubai on Saturday, March 24 night. It is suspected that depression and personal problems are the main cause for taking the extreme step. On hearing the sad news of the above incident, Ataullah Jokattey, SDPI District President DK, contacted UAE SDPI members to help the authorities and the deceased family to repatriate the body to his hometown.
The SDPI members namely Abdul Lathif, Mohammad Riyaz, Shalikat and their friends wholeheartedly assisted during the Police Investigation, arranging documentation and consulting Indian Consultancy to repatriate the body to India. The father of the deceased and their relatives conveyed their gratitude to all those who helped in this noble cause.
The deceased friends and his Sponsor have appreciated the Social Democratic Party of India’s (SDPI) members for their effort to dispatch the body to India. Embassy Community affairs officers extended all supports.
