Seven Injured in Volvo Bus and Lorry Collision at Bhatkal
Bhatkal: A Private luxury bus and a Lorry collided on National Highway 66 at Belake, injuring seven passengers, on June 7.
According to sources, on June 7 morning, a Vovlo bus belonging to VRL was plying to Mangaluru from Belagavi. When the bus reached Belake, Bhatkal a Lorry collided with the bus.
In the mishap, the bus driver and six other passengers have been severely injured. All the injured have been rushed to the Bhatkal Government Hospital for treatment.
A case has been registered in the Bhatkal Rural police station.
