Sharath Madival Murder case, Prime Accused Arrested in Mysuru
Mangaluru: The prime accused in Sharath Madival murder case has been arrested in Mysuru here on August 21.
The police had earlier arrested 7 persons in this case. On August 21 the police arrested the prime accused Shareef from Mysuru.
Sharath Madival, an RSS worker was brutally assaulted on July 4 when he was closing his laundry at B C Road. On July 7, Sharath breathed his last.
RSS workers along with BJP leaders stage a protest demanding an NIA probe in the Sharath Madival murder case. But the Dakshina Kannada police have so far succeeded in arresting 8 of the accused in this case.
Shareef has been brought to Mangaluru by the police. It is suspected that another prime accused has fled to the Gulf and the police are trying to arrest him. The police have already started the process to bring back the accused from the Gulf country.
