Kolkata, Sep 24 (IANS) Former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly will take over as the new president of the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB), West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee announced here on Thursday.
“The CAB bigwigs have decided that for the time being, Sourav Ganguly will take over as the association’s president,” Banerjee said after a meeting with office-bearers and senior members of the CAB.
