Palakkad: The Southern Railway’s Palakkad Division is making significant strides in the Amrit Bharat Station Redevelopment Initiative, a comprehensive program aimed at upgrading and modernizing key railway stations throughout the region. Under this ambitious redevelopment scheme, 16 stations across the Palakkad Division are currently undergoing extensive renovations, with an estimated project cost of approximately ₹250 crores.
