Souza Cashews to Launch ‘S-Nuts’ in City on Dec 1
Mangaluru: The house of Souza’s – a household name through the length and breadth of coastal Karnataka will launch its retail outlet for Cashews and dried fruits in Mangaluru on December 1, at 11.30 a.m. It will be inaugurated at “Janvi Plaza”, Opposite to Kamath & Rau, situated on the busy Bunts hostel Road, Mangaluru. “S-Nuts” was first launched in Udupi four years ago. They have already become a popular brand as a healthy snack nut and a must for food ingredients.
The Mangaluru outlet will be inaugurated by Dr M Shantharam Shetty, Pro-Chancellor, Nitte University and blessed by Fr. Robert D’Souza, Principal, Lourdes School, Bejai.
MLA of Mangaluru South Constituency D Vedavyas Kamath will light the lamp. Member of Rajya Sabha Oscar Fernandes, MLA and former minister U T Khader, Ivan D’Souza, MLC, will be the Chief Guests.
Bhaskar Hande, General Manager, Syndicate Bank, Zonal Office, Manipal, Isaac Vas, President, KCCI, P Subraya Pai, President, KCMA will be the guests of honour. The inaugural purchase will be made by eminent CA S S Kamath of Kamath & Rau.

Since the opening of the first-ever outlet in Udupi, there has been increasing demand from Mangaluru consumers of “S-Nuts” to start an outlet in Mangaluru, who will now on have regular access to the finest nut-food in their city.
