St Aloysius College organized ‘Aloysius Jaala Santhe’- A Social Entrepreneurship Project
Mangaluru: St Aloysius College (Autonomous)-Mangaluru (SAC) organized “Aloysius Jaala Santhe”- A social entrepreneurship project which was inaugurated virtually on 15th July 2020 at 2.30 pm at St Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangaluru. Ms Mamatha, Dean Entrepreneurship and Consultancy has coordinated the program. The Chief guest in his inaugural address congratulated the college for taking the initiative to create a virtual market platform for various home made products and home grown product manufacturers.
Fr Praveen Martis SJ, Principal in his presidential address stated that the initiative taken by the college will surely help those who are needy and those who can’t have direct access to the market. and Dr Narayan Bhat, Convener of the programme explained the concept of jaala santhe and its way of functioning.
Home made product manufacturers have appreciated the move of the college for creating the virtual market for their products.
Dr Alwyn Dsa, Controller of Examinations, Dr Dennis Fernandes, Director of Arrupe Block , Prof John Edward D Silva, Director, Xavier Block, Dr Senek D’Souza, Dean HR and staff members witnessed the program. The program was compered by Dr Sudha Kumari, Assistant professor of Kannada department.
Ms Mamatha, Dean, Entrepreneurship and Consultancy has delivered the welcome address and proposed vote of thanks.
