Successful Beginning of the Cansurvive Campaign

Mangaluru: The Cansurvive Campaign began with a pretty start with the Lavender Ribbon Drive on January 22. Prominent stores across Mangaluru such as City Centre, Jimmy’s supermarket, Crave outlets, Dinoos etc are distributing the Lavender Ribbons. Students and staff of Father Muller’s Institution distributed the lavender ribbons and also educated the public about the campaign. The Lavender Ribbon Drive has been initiated with the target of making people aware of the various forms of Curable Cancer and the treatment it entails.

Cansurvive Campaign also involves a host of other events that the public can take part in! The next event will be held on Republic Day, January 26 at City Centre Mall. Cakes, Donuts and yummy sandwiches will be sold at the Cansurvive Campaign stall. A variety of other merchandise on sale and also a YouWeCan memorabilia on auction will be presented at the stall. All funds collected and profits made will go towards the treatment of Cancer patients.

Tickets for the Gala on February 3 and Laugh Out Loud with Naveen Richards on February 11 are on sale. The registrations for Run for A cause on February 5 have also begun.

The people of Mangaluru are requested to render their support at all Cansurvive Campaign events.
