Supernova of Kuwait’s Hidden Pearls and Goan Stars in Kuwait : 9th Sept
Kuwait: A galaxy of Goan STARS are expected to take the stage along with Kuwait’s talented HIDDEN PEARLS in a Konkani Musical set to be held 9th Sept 2016 at Salmiya Model School (SIMS) starting 5:00pm.
The show organized by KUWAIT KONKNNI MOGI under the leadership of Domnic Fernandes was earlier scheduled in April this year but was postponed for unavoidable reasons.
Star artistes that are being flown in for the show from Goa, Mumbai and Bahrain include:

While Comedian Agustine, Luis Bachan, Comedian Ambe and Querobina are sure to steal the limelight with their comedy skits, legendary singer Peter V Fernandes, Benny de Aldona, Sucorine, and maverick singer Kenny Zuzarte promise to entertain Kuwait.
KENNY ZUZARTE
Kenny who has performed in Goan, Manglorean tiatrs, musical shows, Hindi and Konkani entertainment industry will be performing in Kuwait perhaps for the first time.
One of the best known comedy singer, Kenny, designs his own outfits and sings foot-tapping solos in female voice. He has been doing that for the last 3 decades on Konkani Stage. He already has over 1,200 stage performances plus 8 audio and 2 video albums to his credit.
Goan showbiz in Kuwait, in terms of drama and music, has been on a decline recent times which is largely due to increasing auditorium fees, entertainment tax and other added expenses.
However, this has not stopped some of the passionate, die-hard Konkani lovers from organizing entertaining Konkani shows in Kuwait for the drama and music loving Goans based in Kuwait.
MUSIC DIRECTORS
Music for the show will be directed by Goa’s popular musician Maestro Shahu Almeida (Keyboards) and Maestro Faustino (Trumpet). Flaviano Furtado (Bass Guitar) and Tony de Navelim (Drums) will be other members of the band.
CHIEF GUEST & SPECIAL INVITEES
Joseph D’Souza, a strong supporter of Konkani art and culture in Kuwait will be the Chief Guest on the occasion while Bahrain’s dynamic Goan personality Francis Correia and his wife Carmen Correia are specially invited for the show.
