Target Ilyas Stabbed to Death at Jeppu Kudupady
Mangaluru: Miscreants stabbed Target Group Ilyas to death at his residence at Jeppu Kudupady here on January 13.
According to the police, the incident occurred at around 9:00 am.
The assailants stabbed Target Group Ilyas in the chest. Severely injured Ilyas was rushed to Fr Muller hospital where he was declared brought dead.
It is learnt that the opposite gang killed Illyas. The incident took place near Misrah Galore Apartments opposite Kudupady Mosque.
Target Eliyas murder case, Three Special Teams formed to Nab Accused
Mangaluru: After the brutal murder of Target group leader Ilyas (31), the police commissioner has formed three special teams to nab the accused.
On January 13, assailants barged into the house of Ilyas at Kudupady Jeppu, stabbed him in the chest and fled from the spot. Severely injured Eliyas was rushed to the hospital but he was declared dead.
Speaking to the mediapersons at the hospital mortuary Police Commissioner T R Suresh said, “We have information about the accused in an Ilyas murder case. We have already formed three special teams to nab the accused and they will be arrested soon”.
On January 13, at around 8:00 am, Ilyas’s wife had gone to the hospital. Ilyas, his brother, mother-in-law, and his two-year-old child were at home. At around 9:00 am a person came and knocked on the door. When the door was opened the accused entered the house and stabbed Ilyas in the chest. As soon as Ilyas was stabbed, Ilyas’s mother informed his wife who immediately informed the police.
According to the complaint by Ilyas’s wife, they had received some information about the accused. Ilyas was arrested in the Farangipet murder case and two days ago he was released from jail on bail.
