Ten Inmates of ‘Vishwasada Mane’ Reunite with Family

Udupi: “As many as Ten men and women found on the streets and admitted at Vishwasada Mane owned by the Divine Generation Ministeries, Bethel Church Trust, are now returning to their respective homes”, said Pastor John D’Souza president of the Vishwasada Mane.

He was speaking at a press meet held at the press club on Wednesday, November 9. Ten persons from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala were found in a very bad condition and all of them were mentally ill.

Babu from Andra Pradesh was found in Katapadi, Vamshi from Andra Pradesh was wandering in Udyavar, Balaipade and eating food from the garbage when he was admitted to Vishwasada Mane. Marlayya from Tamil Nadu was mentally ill when he was picked up from Brahmavar Bus-stand. Kannan from Tamil Nadu was fund in Koteshwar and was later admitted to Vishwasada Mane. Nambayya from Telangana was roaming at Kolluru Cross and was seriously ill when found. Laxmi from Andra Pradesh was also found seriously ill in Byndoor. Odiyappa from Andra Pradesh was mentally ill when he was picked up from Innanje. Venkatachala Naidu was found in Shankerpura and was later admitted to Vishwasada Mane. Sridevi from Kerala was shifted to Vishweshada Mane from Belman Nandalike. Razak from Kerala was roaming in Sastan when found, he added.

Vishwasada Mane made arrangements to send all the seven persons to their homes in Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. He added that they have undergone treatment for their illness and are now able to identify themselves and recall their past. They were taken to the addresses given by them by the members of Vishwasada Mane.

Edward Menezes, Manager of Vishwasada Mane Rehabilitation Centre, said he along with other volunteers of the center had taken all the ten inmates back to their families.
