The New Normal?
The mask of friendliness, the mask of kindness
We have been wearing these for a while
But never will we learn to wear
The mask that saves our lives
Cover your noses and mouths
Cover lest the pathogen thrives
But our noses have always cheated
Sniffing into others personal lives
Wash hands with soaps and sanitizers
Kill the virus and save the game
Well doesn’t this sound familiar?
Washing our hands and passing the blame
Social distancing is the new normal
Oh yes! This one we are used to isn’t it?
Just the old normalcy of discrimination
For caste cleaning we do use it.
