Thirty-four Persons Test Positive for Coronavirus in Udupi District
Udupi: Thirty-four Coronavirus positive cases have been reported in Udupi district on July 10, taking the total number of positive cases to 1477.
Of the 34 cases, 11 persons are suffering from Influenza like Illness (ILI), Three of them had travelled to foreign countries, and 5 have inter-district travel history. The health officials are tracing the travel history of 15 others.
All the 34 persons are shifted to the designated COVID hospital for further treatment.
The number of active cases in the district has now gone up to 250. So far, 1224 patients have been discharged from the hospital after complete recovery, and three persons have succumbed to COVID-19 in the district.
