Transgenders from Parivarthan Hold Goddess Murgi Matha Puja
Mangaluru: The members of the Parivarthan Charitable Trust held an annual Puja to Goddess Murgi Matha for blessings at Kana, Suratkal here on March 1.
Rekha after becoming a transgender has been offering Puja to Goddess Murgi Matha every year to thank the Goddess for protecting her from all dangers.
More than 50 transgenders participated in the Puja and offered prayers.
Later food was served to all the attendees.
