Tulu Koota Kuwait Holds Blood Donation Camp
Kuwait: The Tulu Koota Kuwait organised a blood donation camp recently, as a part of the 56th Kuwait National Day and 26th Kuwait Liberation day, at the Kuwait Central Blood Bank, Jabriya.
Tulu Koota Kuwait indulges itself in various welfare activities which benefit the society in Tulunadu as well are in kuwait. The Blood Donation camp is one among them, iot is an attempt to pay back to the society under the caption of “Share a little, Care a little”.
The noble task, the Blood donation camp was symbolically inaugurated by TKK President Wilson D’Souza and Ex-President Chandrahasa Shetty, who was the key person behind meeting the Blood Bank officials and making necessary arrangements while the Welfare officer Shankar Shetty successfully coordinated the event. Members of Tulu Koota and other associations took an active part in this noble task. Around 70 participants donated blood with contentment. Tulu Koota Kuwait issued a certificate to all the donors in appreciation of their contribution. The Committee members were present throughout the camp and contributed in various ways towards the success of the event.
President Wilson D’Souza thanked all the staff members of the Kuwait Central Blood Bank for their kind cooperation for the success of the Blood Donation camp.
