Twist and Turns in Ratnakar Shetty’s disappearance from Hospital
Puttur: There is a new twist in the Ratnakar Shetty escape case reported here. It was reported that, on June 14 late night HJV leader Ratnakar Shetty had disappeared from the Adarsh Hospital. In this connection, three police personnel were suspended for their negligence. But now the incident has taken another turn as Ratnakar Shetty is back and admitted in the Intensive Care Unit of Adarsh Hospital.
According to hospital sources, Ratnakar Shetty had not escaped from the hospital but was taken to another hospital for medical test as he had developed severe chest pain.
Ratnakar Shetty was injured in the clashes which erupted in Kalladka and had allegedly stabbed Khaleel on June 13. But on June 14, late night despite three policemen guarding him he had escaped from the hospital.
