Udupi: A fire broke out at the cowshed belonging to Amritha Shetty of Airody Sastan here on April 28.
According to the Fire brigade officials, the Cow Shed belonging to Amritha and Usha Shetty caught fire due to a electrical short circuit.
The entire cow shed was gutted in fire within an hour. The loss is estimated around Rs 1 lakh. The fire tenders reached the spot and doused the fire. As soon as the fire started, locals got together and saved the cattle from the shed.
