Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has referred the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation. He was to present the status report on the case by the CID investigation on the floor of the house. The High Court of Karnataka issued an order to the government not to disclose the facts till the investigation is completed. The opposition parties were busy politicizing the issue which resulted in the people demanding a CBI investigation. The case was then referred to the CBI, which indicates the intentions of the government for having fair investigation into the case.

There is an allegation on the government that it is hiding the truth, but that is far from the truth and for the same reason, a time limit was set for the CBI to complete the investigation. The CBI has not completed the investigation in the Sowjanya case and if the time limit is not fixed, the investigation will lengthen. We have faith in the CBI, CID and Police Department. The CBI should complete the investigation soon.

While questioned on the expansion of the cabinet, he said that CM Siddaramaiah will decide on the same. Universities and educational institutions have been directed to install CCTV cameras and beef up security measures to control rising atrocities and other crimes.

MLA Pramod Madhwaraj, Veronica Cornelio, President Karnataka Soaps and Detergents Limited; Janardhan Thonse, President Urban Development Authority and others were present.

HE IS PERCEIVED BY THE 6 CRORES OF KANNADIGAS AS FLAWLESS, COURAGEOUS AND STRAIT FORWARD OFFICER. BJP SHOULD NOT NOW MAKE A DEVIL OUT OF A RECENT GOD OF THEIR MAKING. THEY SHOULD STOP THIS USE AND THROUGH CULTURE! THIS WOMAN PROPOUNDS HER THEORY AS IF SHE HAD CONDUCTED A STING OPERATION HERSELF!… Read more »

MANGO IS UPSET AND FINDS FAULT WITH ME FOR HAVING PRAISED HIM! THIS, BY NECESSARY INFERENCE, MEANS THAT MR. RAVI IS SUSCEPTIBLE TO BE “HOMEY TRAPPED” AND THEREFORE NOT A MAN WHO WAS JUST AND… Read more »
