Udupi: VHP leader Praveen Bhai Togadia is likely to be barred from entering the district to participate in the Hindu Samjotsava organized on March 9, said reliable sources to Mangalorean.com.
The Police Commissioner of Bengaluru had banned Praveen Bhai Togadia from entering Bengaluru. A petition was filed in the High Court seeking to scrap the order. The High Court had upheld the Commissioner’s order.
Similarly, the district administration and police are likely to ban the VHP leader Praveen Bhai Togadia from entering the district, confirmed a source. Togadia has been invited to deliver the keynote address during the Hindu Samjotsava organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishat at the MGM grounds on march 9.
