Udupi: Former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and MP Udupi-Chikkamangluru LS Constituency Shobha Karandlaje if they have not married should take an oath in Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala said Padmanabha Prasanna Kumar founder of Karnataka Janatha Party. He was addressing the mediapersons at the Press Club here on January 15.

“I will definitely release their wedding video if CM Siddaramaiah gives me Z+ security cover. I had declared of releasing the wedding video which was given to me by Siddalingaiah the former personal secretary of B S Yeddyurappa. Shobha and BSY had tied the knot in a temple in Kerala but a astrologer advised them to marry again indicating problems in the rituals. They married again in Tirupati”.

Prasanna Kumar further said, “BSY making tall claims on the merger of KJP with BJP, is far from truth, the candidates of KJP are still contesting in the elections. I was abducted from my house in Shantinagar, Bengaluru by 4 unidentified persons in a car to force me to merge KJP with BJP. I was kept as a hostage for 7 days and then released in Badrapur, near Rajasthan-Delhi border. I then filed a complaint in Badrapur police station, but when I filed a complaint in Bengaluru, the police neglected the case. I was then given security cover by the police officials”.

Both Siddaramaiah and BJP are trying to fool the people of state. They are together in every affair. In the coming by-elections of Bidar, Hebbal and Devadurga, KJP will contest. KJP will also contest in the upcoming ZP and TP elections.

The Karnataka Janatha party has filed a Public Interest Litigation in the High Court of Karnataka for quashing of Gazette Notification appointing 11 parliamentary secretaries. HC has sent notices to 11 MLA’s appointed as parliamentary secretaries. The appointment of parliamentary secretaries is unconstitutional. The ministers should be total 34 in number including CM Siddaramaiah i.e. 15% of the number of MLA’s. If the number exceeds 45 it is unconstitutional according to Article 164 1 A, he added.

Wife’s death returns to haunt Yeddyurappa http://archive.indianexpress.com/news/wifes-death-returns-to-haunt-yeddyurappa/418129/ The magistrate court directive has come on the basis of a complaint filed by an advocate, R Sheshadri, who has raised questions about how an adult could have slipped into an underground water… Read more »
