Udupi: Two minor girls Kannamma (15) daughter of Muthu Swamy and Shailini (15), daughter of Krishnappa from Pamboor have gone missing from Dharmadarshi Colony, Community Hall Pamboor, since February 17.
On February 17, Kannamma and Shailini went to Mahalingeshwara Temple Heroor for meals and returned home. At 4:00 pm both of them were last seen near the community hall reading books. since then their whereabouts are not known.
It is suspected that someone might have fooled the girls and later kidnapped them. A case has been registered in the Shirva police station and search is on.
