Udupi’s Last COVID-19 Positive Patient Discharged from Hospital
Udupi: The last COVID-19 patient was discharged from the TMA Pai Hospital in Udupi on Saturday, April 18.
The 29-year-old patient, who was admitted to the district government hospital with COVID symptoms on March 27, was tested positive on March 29. He was later shifted to the TMA Pai COVID Hospital. After the patient completed 3-4 successive tests with negative results, doctors declared him cured. He was discharged from the hospital and is advised to remain under house quarantine.
Udupi district registered three positive cases and all three patients are discharged from the hospital.
