Unidentified Body found in warehouse at Goodshed, Murder Suspected
Mangaluru: An unidentified body of a man has been found in a warehouse at Goodshed here on November 4.
Speaking to mangalorean.com the Chief Commercial goods supervisor Srinivas said, “The warehouse is used to store materials related to the railways. At present the warehouse is empty. On November 4, morning when I came to the warehouse, I saw a body lying on the floor. Immediately I informed the Railway police. The identity of the deceased is not known”.
There was confusion between the railway and local police to shift the body to the Mortuary. The spot where the body was found is under the Railway department but as it is a suspected murder case, it should be handled by the local Pandeshwar police. ACP Shruthi visited the spot for investigation. Later she instructed the Railway police to shift the body to the Mortuary.
