Udupi: An unidentified male body was found in an open well on, May 4 near the fish market in Saligrama.
The decomposed body was found floating in the well.
The Local Town panchayat member immediately informed the police. Kota police arrived at the spot and lift the body from the well with the help of locals.
According to the police, the deceased wore Lungi. It is suspected that the person might have fallen into the well two or three days ago.
A case has been registered in Kota Police Station and investigations are on.
