United Mangaloreans Kuwait holds Muhurat Ceremony of ‘Meet Mirsang’

Kuwait: United Mangaloreans Kuwait (UMK), a group of like-minded people, is all geared up to host the seventh “Fun Filled Evening 2017”, on Friday 10 November 2017 at American International School Auditorium (AIS), Maidan Hawalli, Kuwait at sharp 4.00 P.M. onwards.

The motto of the group is to provide a platform to the local talents and to help the underprivileged back home in Mangalore

During the past eight years, UMK has staged six Fun Filled Evening programmes and contributed over Rupees One Crore to seven various needy institutions in and around Mangalore.

This was possible only due to the overwhelming support from the sponsors and well-wishers who have contributed generously.

This year, UMK will present a variety of cultural programmes and a Konkani social comedy-drama, in aid of (1) Vimukti Belthangady, Karnataka, India (Capuchin Krishik Seva Kendra, rehabilitation of most vulnerable mentally challenged and differently able special children), and (2) Mount Rosary Charitable Institutions, Moodbidri, Karnataka, India (Caring the destitute, physically-mentally handicapped, aged and bedridden sick people).
