Vikas Kumar Takes Charge As Top Cop Of Mangaluru Commissionerate
Mangaluru: Vikas Kumar IPS took charge as the Police Commissioner of Mangaluru Commissionerate here on June 29.
Police Commissioner Dr Harsha has been transferred to Bengaluru as Deputy Inspector General and Commissioner, Information and Public Relations and has already taken charge in Bengaluru.
On June 29, morning Vikas Kumar took charge as the Police commissioner of Mangaluru.
Earlier Vikas Kumar served as the SP of Chikkamagaluru. He was later promoted as the Deputy Inspector General of Police and Commander, Anti Naxal Force Karkala.
