Vilas Nayak appointed as president of VHP Udupi District
Udupi: Pangala Vilas Nayak-Young Entrepreneur and managing director of Hanuman Group of Concerns Chitpadi, Udupi has been appointed as the president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Udupi District Unit.
The selection of the new president was held during the VHP and Bajrang Dal district meeting held in Udupi on September 16. Prof M B Puranik announced the post of president which was vacated since long.
Earlier Vilas Nayak had served as the BJP district Yuva Morcha President and conducted various innovative programmes in the party.
Krishnamoorthy (Zonal Secretary), Sharan Pumpwell (Zonal Convener), Sunil K R, Rathanakar Ameen, Dinesh Mendon and others were present during the selection.
